REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Returns:
  • We accept returns only if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging and tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) must be provided for processing the return.

  • Our team will verify your request and guide you through the next steps.
  • Once approved, we will arrange for a pick-up or request you to ship the product back to our address:
    Vibers, Padhye Arts, Radhakrishna Appartments, Dadar Vachanalay Marg, Dadar West, Mumbai – 400028.
Refunds:
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes the quality check.
Note:
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • If a free gift was provided with the product, it must also be returned.
Exchanges:
  • We offer exchanges only if you receive a defective or damaged product.
  • If you want to exchange for a different size, color, or product, it will be treated as a return followed by a new purchase.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items:

  • The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

    • Products purchased during sale events or marked as non-returnable.
    • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
